Helpling is the leading online platform for on-demand home services. We are an intermediary platform that matches customers with cleaners. Through our platform/app, customers can book a cleaner in only 60 seconds.
We launched our Middle East operations in 2015 in Dubai, and we are looking for a passionate and capable Customer Success Manager to oversee our business operations.

Helpling is a Rocket Internet & MEIG backed venture, currently active in more than 200 cities in ten countries around the globe, where we serve thousands of customers every day.

You will be part of a very International Helpling and Rocket Internet Team. You will be surrounded by young, smart and hard-working professionals who are very passionate about the startup environment. Small team and lots of responsibilities. The roles often overlap and we all work as a team.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a self-reliant self-starter who enjoys entrepreneurial work. As a Customer Success Manager, you will work across key departments to help develop and manage the relationships with our network of cleaning service providers and customers. This is a hands-on opportunity to build upon your strong track record in relationship management but will also provide a strong inside into Operations and other departments of Helpling. The Customer Success Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager of Helpling and will closely work with the Operations team. The successful candidate will have the flexibility and reach to influence and revolutionize the whole household market in the Middle East.

Requirements

Job Duties:

• Actively call customers for feedback and sell the service and also recognizing opportunities to up-sell
• Determines requirements by working with customers.
• Answers enquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
• Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
• Maintains database by entering information.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
