Employment: Full Time

Davidson Consulting is recruiting a Customer Support Engineer with experience supporting Microsoft technologies. Familiarity with Lync, Exchange, Office 365, Lync and Outlook Clients, Unified Communications, and Voice over IP desirable.

You'll be part of a new team to start from scratch a new MEA project. Business savvy with a passion for top line customer service and satisfaction.

You have strong communication skills (verbal and written) with customers and especially customer IT resources. You also have a sense of urgency and energy to be part of a rapidly growing business that delivers mission critical solutions to customers.

Finally, you are organized and process driven with a desire to continuously improve the efficiency of processes and workflows.

Requirements

You'll be responsible for Level 1/2 & 3 support of all Total Connect Services. Bachelor Degree or above with minimum 5 years experience on a technical solution for IT and Microsoft solutions.

For this project, English AND Russian speaker are mandatory. If not, you'll not be able to succeed. Hard worker, excellent ability to communicate and adapt to changing technologies and priorities.
