Customer Support Executive - Export Documentation - 1 year contract (renewable)

Role Summary:
• This position is responsible for the successful execution of the Export Customer Service process.
• Required to follow policies and procedures to provide an optimal level of customer service.
• Responsible for scheduling and booking of cargo, tracking and tracing, and problem resolution.
• Incumbent will report directly to Commercial Manager

Responsibilities include:
• Understanding Export Process and documentation
• Ability to handle high volume of daily incoming calls and emails
• Has frequent contact with several other departments within the organization to resolve customer concerns and/or questions.
• Letter of credit knowledge
• Coordinate with Warehousing Partner
