Customer Support Officer

Job description / Role

• Client Management.
• Booking appointments.
• Calendar and google sheets update
• Understanding product knowledge
• Assigning medicine value to nurse
• Acting as a bridge between nurses and clients for booking appointments.
• Handing over medicines to nurses and double checking medicine values and quantities.
• Verifying incentives (Upsell, referral, membership) and rosters for nurses.
• Checking medicine stocks regularly and placing orders accordingly.
• Updating medicine sheets
• Following up with clients for pre and post bookings.
• Coordinating with a Lab company for any lab reports and reporting to clients.
• Coordinating with Doctor and Beauty Therapist for any service and consultations.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Must be Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Must have 1-2 years of experience in admin and customer service field.
• Must be graduated with a degree with MOFA Stamping completed (Attested Degree)
• Must be ready for rotational shift and flexible hours.
• Candidates on Visit Visa or immediately available will be given preference.
