Data Entry Operator

Job description / Role

A temporary data entry operator is required for 1 month project to support the HR team in the process of implementation and launch of a new HRMS.

The data entry operator will be required to collect, analyze, verify and transfer the data into excel to be migrated to the HRMS system in cooperation with the software provider.

The selected candidate will work closely with the HR team members and HRMS Project manager to ensure that all the information required are submitted on time and in the right format to meet the deadlines as per the project plan.

The function requires high level of accuracy and attention to details to ensure full compliance with the guidelines provided by the project manager.

Requirements

- High level of accuracy and ability to deal with numbers.
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Preferably from accounting back ground
- Good communication skills in English
- The right candidate would be available to join immediately
- The company will not provide visa status
