Job description / Role

The Data Management Analyst preserves the integrity, thereby protecting the value of the asset, of all technical records produced, provided and administered in a timely and effective manner.

Description

* Conduct basic and comprehensive data analysis of inspection reports and support data as required and in a timely manner.
* Uploading, indexing and filing of technical records in electronic records system and data storage database.
* Produce clear and concise responses to requests for data from all the departments within organisation.
* Responsible for managing technical library requirements
* Ensure Data Management internal/external policies and procedures are current and accurate

Requirements

* UAE National with Family Book
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Analysis, or similar relevant degree.
* 1+ year of experience in data management / technical records, preferably within the aeronautical industry.
* Self-driven and results orientated with a clear focus on data integrity and high quality
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills
* Previous use of database programs and understanding of database protocols desirable
* Ability to work with diverse group of team members.
* Self-starter, able to work independently, often with minimal supervision
