Data Manager / Digital Leader

Job description / Role

- Lead the integration of technology into the curriculum across various subjects, introducing new tools and processes to both increase student engagement and support effective teaching.
- Working with Evidence Me and Phoenix teams.
- Data analysis and preparing reports using statistical techniques. Accuracy in data entry at all points. Designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Well versed working in an Apple environment / products and Microsoft applications
- Support existing technologies including Google Workspace, ZOOM, Edpuzzle, Flipgrid, Padlet, Nearpod, and various other educational technology web platforms and apps.
- Collaborate and coordinate with Leadership team around schoolwide technology initiatives. PLD for staff and senior leaders on the appropriate use and additional features available on the platform to support teaching and learning practices effectively.

Requirements

- Research and evaluate new hardware and software needs to enhance the curriculum and stay up-to-date on the latest trends in technology.
- To liaise with the Timetable Manager to ensure fair distribution and support in resolving any challenges with respect to curriculum expansion. Support the Timetable Manager in linking the Timetable on Units with Phoenix.
- To work closely with the Innovation Lead, to ensure the school team is abreast with the latest updates with the technological developments.
- Organize and maintain compliance, license, and warranty information
