Job description / Role
Transguard Workforce Solutions have been engaged by our client to source Data Processing Staff (Transportation) to join their team.
Our client is a specialized consultancy services company in the field of transportation, with particular focus on emerging technologies. They are looking for people with experience in Data Processing to join their operations department. This person will be responsible for organizing data efficiently. It will require someone with proven organisational and analytical experience, and someone who thrives in a high-paced environment.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
· Enter data into software system
· Organize data efficiently in a timely manner
· Creation of precise spreadsheets
· Organization of both emails and paperwork
· Transferring data/information into forms, documents and database systems
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
· 3+ years’ experience in software systems, databases and data entry
· Experience of accurate data entry into databases
· Be able to conduct data organization tasks
· Ability to reach and exceed quotas
· Good communication and teamwork and can assist with customer account maintenance
· Experience in task management and records individual completed daily work statistics
· Good MS office and desktop computer skills
· UAE experience and transportation industry experience are desired
· Arabic and English language skills required
