Data Scientist

Job description / Role

Looking for a Data Scientist who help companies interpret, manage data and solve complex problems using expertise in a variety of data niches, Big Data technologies and Machine learning. Should have expertise in computer science, modelling, statistics, analytics, and math - coupled with a strong business sense.Implementation experience on one or more of the following: CVM, Potential value modelling, lifetime value modelling, survival analysis, churn prediction, customer segmentation, market segmentation, forecasting, affinity modelling, dynamic pricing, Collaborative filtering, content based filtering, recommendation and natural language processing.

Proficiency in at least 2 of the following:
- Machine Learning & Predictive Modeling
- Data Mining
- Hadoop, Spark, Hive etc
- Scipy, Scikit, R
- Information retrieval
- NLP Capability (preferred)

Requirements

- M.Sc degree in Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science or other technical field
- Ph.D degree in Data Science, Machine learning or AI
- Minimum 10 years related work experience
- Experience interacting with cross functional teams including, academic researchers, business stakeholders and IT teams
