About Our Client:
We're in search of a Dealer Care Officer to join our client's team. At the forefront of automotive innovation, we're dedicated to ensuring operational excellence and fostering success within our dealer network. As a Dealer Care Officer, you'll be instrumental in maintaining seamless operations and driving projects to success

Role Overview:
• Parts Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for parts-related inquiries, overseeing dealer orders, and optimizing order flows.
• Administrative Tasks: Handling various administrative duties with precision, including processing car key orders, managing parts returns, and coordinating dealer accounts.
• Communication and Coordination: Acting as a vital link between headquarters and our dealer network, ensuring efficient communication and issue resolution. Coordinating events and liaising with different departments will also be part of your role.
• Quality Management: Upholding the highest standards of quality by reviewing and updating quality management processes to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Needed:
• Education and Experience: A degree in Business Administration paired with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the automotive industry, particularly in sales or aftersales divisions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with a working knowledge of SAP.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, is essential. Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
• Analytical Skills: Strong numerical skills and the ability to analyze data will empower you to identify trends, tackle challenges, and drive improvements.
