Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a Luxury Multinational brand which are looking to hire a Demand Planner to join their team in Dubai. This crucial role will report to the Business Unit Manager and will collaborate closely with teams across Commercial, Supply Chain and Marketing to interpret and forecast demand and capacity for all product lines across the Middle East and Emerging Markets.

This is an exciting and challenging role which will be relied upon to provide valuable forecasting which supports demand planning and brand performance across the region.

The Demand Planner will proactively monitor and investigate data including sell in, sell out and market share reports to build statistical models and dashboards which help to forecast optimal stock levels and demand. A priority will be to support multi-functional teams with plans for new product launches and seasonal events/campaigns, identifying any potential constraints and working closely with Supply Chain to agree the most effective stock model.

An advanced level of proficiency working with Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI tools are essential as the successful candidate will be expected to help make improvements to tools which generate greater accuracy and effectiveness. Our client is open to considering candidates who have between 1-3 years commercial experience if they meet the technical requirements of the role. This role will best suit a process driven individual, with a strong eye for detail and interest to optimise and improve ways of working.

Requirements

The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Statistics or related field. It is essential that the successful candidate has strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI tools.

Our client is open to considering Graduates with limited working experience who are driven and keen to work in a high performing, agile environment where they can develop their skills within Demand Planning.

Excellent organisation, priority setting and communication skills are fundamental requirements to be considered for this role.
