Main Purpose of Job

Establish a reliable demand plan through the projection of the most accurate estimate of Agent/country demand by building the relationship with Nestle Sales and Iraq/Yemen agents. Improve the accuracy and reliability of the Demand Plan and manage exceptions to enhance the responsiveness of the organization.

Major Responsibilities

- Constantly capture, analyze, and input inventory and demand inputs: Agent/Distributor, customer, consumer, & competitor information as well as external / internal trends and influences, and any factor that affect demand plan.
- Consistently achieve sustainable Demand Plan Accuracy (DPA) target expectations level: Accuracy level & Bias
- Effectively drive and adhere to the weekly/monthly planning processes (MBPC) to enable an exception based management approach and ensure best practices:

• Highlight and manage exceptional demand such as unrealistic demand
• Ensure timely reporting to local management (Sales / Supply Planning)
• Drive fast and appropriate corrective actions to minimize the impact of deviations from the Demand Plan and Stock Cover
• Evaluate and Review Demand Supply Planning (DSP) KPI results against targets to focus on areas of improvement
- Optimize (wherever applicable) the utilization of all Demand Planning system functionality to enable effective and efficient use of resources

- Establish, build, capitalize, and collaborate with the Agents/Distributors employees and management to enhance the quality of information as well as improve Nestle service by establishing the proper channels of communication and improving them throughout and at all levels.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 1 – 2 years of experience
- Bilingual English & Arabic
- Demonstrates strong communication skills
