We are currently looking for Demand Planner

Department: Supply Chain
Job Position: Demand Planning Analyst
Reports to: MSO Planning Manager
Location: GHQ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Main purpose of the role

- To own, facilitate, and administrate sales forecasting and demand management for all categories across all Gulf markets.

Main Accountabilities:

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning and S&OP:
- Owns all gulf reporting and improve the reporting accuracy.
- Builds governance mechanisms and ensures proper tracking and compliance of all reports and KPIs across Gulf MSO team as per global guidelines.
- Provides all analytics for S&OP identifying gaps and area of improvements in current forecast.
- Prepares all required reports and decks for S&OP meetings.
- Ensures that the appropriate level of focus is given to the short and long-term plans across all demand planning building blocks.
- Tracks demand plans compliance with the building blocks on a forecasting unit level.
- Tracks system compliance and provide actionable feedback to planners.
- Owns and track the full Gulf activity grid and traffic management across all categories to provide the needed recommendation to business team to deliver targets.

Continuous improvement:
- Analyses forecast accuracy and bias performance to identify improvement areas and implement process enhancements to improve forecast accuracy and forecast bias KPIs.
- Delivers excellence projects to improve demand planning KPIs such as automated forecast accuracy and forecast bias loss trees.
- Works with the global team to implement and deploy best practices.

Requirements

Key skills:
- Expert Microsoft Excel using skills.
- SC & demand planning knowledge.
- Basic knowledge in SAP for both R1P and APO modules.

Relevant Experience/ Years of Experience
- Industrial Engineering Degree, Engineering Degree, Supply Chain, or Statistical Qualification.
- 0 - 2 years of experience.
