Position Title: Demi Chef de Partie
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive, depending on your experience and qualifications

About the Client:
The hiring company is a high-end casual dining restaurant.
Job Role:
• Monitor stock movement and be responsible for ordering on your section
• Ensure minimum kitchen wastage
• Ensure knowledge of the product is maintained and communicated to all relevant personnel
• Responsible for completing your mise en place
• Learn and record skills and recipes from other members of the department
Requirements
Requirements:
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below
• At least 2 years in fine dining or high-end casual stand-alone restaurants
• Expertise in international cuisine
• Must be familiar with HACCP awareness and food hygiene
• Good communication and comprehension skills
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
