Position Title: Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie - Pastry
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A well-known restaurant group in Dubai
Job Description:
• Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks
• Prepare in advance food, beverage, material, and equipment needed for the pastry section
• Prepare, bake, and serve dishes according to the Pastry Menu
• Control food costs by maintaining accurate records of all food ingredients for pastry
• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes, and preparation techniques
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian, European, and Western nationality
• 35 years old and below
• At least 2 years experience in the same role in high end casual / fine dining ot hotel
