About the Client:
A newly opened branch of a 5 Star hospitality group based in Dubai
Job Description:
• Takes care of daily pastry preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant
• Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes
• Create desserts as instructed by Sous Chef
• Support the station commi in achieving key performance indicators and optimal line efficiency within the company safety and quality policies.
Requirements
Position Title: Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 2.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and duty meals
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and European nationality
• 45 years old and below
• At least 2 years’ experience in the same role from a 4-star hotel or luxury hospitality
• Home country experience is accepted
