Position Title: Department Head (Retail Sales)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 30K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission, vehicle, and family status

About the Client:
One of the leading distributors and manufacturers of food and beverages in the UAE.
Job Description:
• Analyze sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimize the current ones.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing customers/accounts.
• Accountable for delivering Sales, distribution, and growth objectives in line with market potential and the company yearly strategy.
• Manage in-market sales through effective monthly sales forecasting and stock management
• Lead and manage the sales team with the ability to analyze sales data on daily basis with the team
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Open to Western and Arabic nationals
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in the same role with the major UAE Key Accounts
• Successful previous experience as Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Used to work with FMCG distribution Multi-National companies in the UAE handling several brands
• Proficient with numbers to analyze sales data and produce reports.
• Strong presentation skills and MIS report presentation skills
• Good understanding of sales software and the industry's best practices
• Ability to travel across sales territories or regions frequently.
• Possess leadership and public speaking skills in order to motivate the workforce.
