Deputy Pavilion Director

Job description / Role

A key leadership position supporting the Pavilion Director across all aspects of Pavilion operations.

In addition to supporting the Pavilion Director, and fulfilling the Acting Pavilion Director role in their absence, the Deputy Pavilion Director has direct responsibility for the performance of the Pavilion’s Events, Protocol, Functions, Retail and Logistics teams.

Further, this position is responsible for ensuring the seamless operational and creative delivery of the Pavilion’s Business and Cultural Programs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing a complex portfolio and supporting top-tier leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced and complex operating environment. Previous experience at world-class entertainment, sporting or cultural venues will be a distinct advantage.
