Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with one of its leading clients, one of the worlds most renowned real estate developers who is looking to hire a Design Director. Our client is rapidly expanding their mixed use development portfolio and has led the client to reach out for a candidate that can offer high level design and planning experience.
You will be responsible for the design works for multiple projects from the project planning stage and act as a developmental leader till completion by managing technical, operational, legal and regulatory processes.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a graduate in architecture with minimum of 10 years managerial experience and a history of achievement in world class developments. You should come from either a master developer or design practice. You should also have experience in formulating project feasibility studies, forecasts, programs and project issues with a solid grasp of feasibility analysis of upcoming development projects. In addition, you should be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills with demonstration of negotiating personality as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to sustain creativity and high levels of integrity is essential.
