Our client is an established Architectural and Engineering consultancy with a large presence in the Middle East and UK. This company have a new opening for a Design Director to join their team on a permanent basis.
As Design Director you will oversee manage the design and technical team, which will include coordination of projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Managing the full design process from the initial design, code and accessibility, preparation of schematics, pricing and construction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture At least 25-30+ years working in a similar role and at least x10 as a Design Director Candidates must have extensive experience working in the Middle East and the UK.
Applicants should have team management experience and strong leaderships skills
