Job description / Role

Design Engineer - Fire Alarm systems - ELV (Extra Low Voltage)

To be successful in this role you must be well versed with Fire and Line Safety UAE fire codes and NFPA -72

- Must have and experience in CAD drawings of FAS , FAVE , PAVA , CBS and Emergency Lighting systems
- Ability to design Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems for small, medium, and large projects
- Have a strong knowledge in fire alarm, voice evacuation, emergency lighting systems and UAE fire codes
- Design and develop electrical systems for ELV (Extra Low Voltage) projects.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for ELV systems.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards, regulations, and technologies related to ELV systems.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in designing ELV systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
