Our Client is a local developer based in Dubai who have are involved with a range of projects across the UAE. They have a new position for a Design Manager on a permanent basis to join their company.
As Design Manager you will manage and supervise all related activities of the staff of Architects and Technical Engineers. Directly manage the development of architectural designs and construction details, ensure technical design work is completed on time and to specification. Monitoring of CAD, reviewing schedules and reviewing client invoices. You will participate with site visits, client meetings and presentations where required.
Salary:
AED
30000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Medical insurance, air tickets
Requirements
• Candidates must have an architectural related degree/ qualifications;
• At least 15 years experience and 8- 10 of which in the UAE.
• You should have a range of experience across commercial, residential, high rise & mixed use.
