Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading UAE developer who is looking to hire an experienced Development Director.
Primary responsibility is to ensure the commercial success of retail, hospitality and retail development projects and ensuring the continuity of company development vision. The Development Director will be completely in charge of running development project teams being responsible for, problem solving, optimising costs, resources management and always ensuring quality across the various development activities.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a minimum of 15 years' experience within the industry of real estate development. Experience and a proven track record in retail, hospitality and retail will be preferred.
