A leading developer that is involved in mixed-use developments in Dubai are looking for a Development Manager to join its expanding team. The company specialises in development management, land acquisition, planning and construction.
You will have previous experience of working with larger scale developments and have previous exposure to property design and master planning. Experienced of submitting large scale planning applications.
Requirements
You will have previous experience of working with larger scale developments and have previous exposure to master planning and Design. Experienced in submitting large scale planning applications. Running design team to optimise a scheme.
* Over 5 years experience in real estate and development
* Degree in relevant subject
* Design or Architectual background preferred
* MENA experience is a must
