Job description / Role

Reports To: Head of Digital Analytics
BU / Department: Digital Product & Portfolio

Job Purpose
• Transform business questions into actionable analysis that yields insights for improving the customer experience, optimizing marketing efforts, and driving incremental sales.
• Responsible for driving continuous improvements in site conversion rates, identify weak spots and recommending effective changes to the business.

Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
• Identify friction points in each stage of the user lifecycle and understand their causes through research and analytics
• Transform users’ data into actionable Marketing and Product insights.
• Drive CRO roadmap to improve conversion rate across all marketing channels.
• Continuously conceptualize and test new ideas improving user experience and commercial return from all digital marketing channels.
• Create optimization opportunities and strategies using both quantitative (traffic source analysis, web analytics tools, digital experience and personalization tools) and qualitative (page evaluations, UX design principles, site reviews) sources.
• Responsible for driving continuous improvements in site conversion rates, identify weak spots and recommending effective changes to the business.
• Execution, and management of Conversion Optimization projects including; landing page optimization for marketing traffic and general Onsite optimization.
• Implement A/B, multi-variate, multi-page and multi-variable experiments optimizing digital assets and landing pages.
• Together with Head of Digital Analytics be in charge of website personalization project, developing bespoke customer journeys based on marketing channel, CRM segment, previous known customer behaviors, etc
• Partner with Head of Digital Analytics to identify opportunities for improvement in the design, layout and navigation of the Group's websites, support each brand regarding the best practices. Stay informed about new current trends and best practices in online marketing, digital merchandising, and digital commerce design.
• Provide insight and actionable recommendations for improving online marketing campaigns through analysis of website usage data pertaining to projects and enhancements.
• Fully understand the functionality, application of digital Analytics tool, using this knowledge to answer business questions and directly report findings to the business decision makers.
• Ensure all delivery is insight and narrative-led with actionable recommendations and is delivered to stakeholders in a concise and accessible way.
• Monitor critical success metrics and publish weekly and monthly executive dashboards.
• Answer adhoc business questions to drive site marketing strategies or troubleshoot performance issues
• Stay current on trends and best practices in digital analytics and e-commerce.

Job Skills
• Bachelors Degree preferably in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or Applied Maths.

• 7+ years of experience with solid background in both digital and web analytics.
• Experience of CRO + UX analysis

Functional Skills
• Strong knowledge of web technologies : Adobe Omniture Analytics, Google Analytics, Web Master tool, Google Adwords, Adwords Editor, A/B Testing, SEM and SEO.
• Evidence of successful delivery of data driven web analysis and recommendations to drive forward digital performance.
• Experience with a website, A/B and multivariate testing tool (Test & Target, SiteSpect).
• Understanding of online marketing metrics for websites, email, social media, paid media, PPC and SEO.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• Innate curiosity about consumer behavior and ability to derive insights from complex data sets to recommend improvements to business.
• Knowledge on data visualization.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Exceptional problem solving and analysis skills combined with the ability to communicate findings to all levels of the organization.
• Data-driven thinking.
• Outstanding Excel skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
