Digital and Social Media Manager

Job description / Role

We are working very closely with a well-known and successful Property Development client to recruit a highly creative, articulate and technology-sound Digital and Social Media Manager to develop and manage digital marketing strategies to drive acquisition of tenants for their residential properties and staff accommodation properties through various digital channels.

He/she will be responsible for managing the Digital Media Buying Agency to ensure on and ad-hoc campaigns and planned are executed effectively; managing the Social Media Agency in creating content marketing plans for customer acquisition and overseeing the agencies execution of written, graphic and photographic content; managing Website & SEO Agency

Requirements

- 5 to 8 plus years of proven marketing experience either in a corporate or agency and work experience including hands-on social content planning and creation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications with expert knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, email marketing, PPC and SEM).
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, Web Trends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Experience in Email Marketing Tools (Eloqua)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc
- Good presentation skills, deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong focus on developing social presence and advocating brands effectively by keeping abreast of marketing trends.
