Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Art Director with over 7 years of experience, preferably with agency background, to lead our social media creative team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering engaging and visually stunning digital content for a variety of brands and platforms. This role demands a creative visionary who can blend art and technology to tell stories that captivate and engage. Fluency in Arabic is considered a significant advantage, enabling us to expand and enhance our offerings to Arabic-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the creative vision for client social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and objectives.
• Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality social media content that stands out.
• Collaborate closely with the strategy, analytics, and account management teams to create integrated campaigns that drive engagement and achieve measurable results.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Actively participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating creative concepts and strategies.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in digital design or art direction, with a strong preference for candidates with agency experience.
• Extensive experience in designing for social media, with a portfolio that showcases successful campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and familiarity with social media management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable but not required.
