DQ is seeking to hire a Digital Course Content Writer, they will be responsible for translating intricate concepts about Digital Transformation into compelling online courses. The ideal candidate for this role should have a solid background in producing engaging content in English, cross-team collaboration, course instructional design, and Learning Management Systems.

The Responsibilities:
- Translate complex concepts into engaging learning materials for diverse audiences
- Develop punchy scripts for video introductions and interactive scenarios
- Design and sequence the course structure for optimal learning flow and knowledge retention
- Conceptualize and write engaging content across various formats like written modules, scripts, assessments, and activities
- Structure content for effective knowledge delivery and user navigation within the learning management system
- Plan and manage course projects from concept to completion within budget and timeline constraints
- Perform thorough proofreading and editing to ensure high-quality content delivery
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content effectively delivers learning objectives
- Stay updated on technologies, evolving learning principles, and methodologies to inform course design
- Maintain clear and concise communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to team project goals
