* Develop comprehensive digital engagement strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.
* Identify emerging digital trends, technologies, and platforms to optimize engagement opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital initiatives into overall marketing and sales plans.
* Optimize company websites for user experience, accessibility, and search engine visibility.
* Monitor website traffic and behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
* Collaborate with web development teams to implement enhancements and updates.
* Develop and implement strategies to shift from traditional sales methods to digital sales channels.
* Utilize digital tools and platforms to streamline the sales process, from lead generation to conversion.
* Engage with healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders through digital channels to provide valuable information and support.
* Cultivate online communities and foster meaningful interactions to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
* Monitor online sentiment and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

* Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
* Experience in transitioning sales processes from traditional to digital methods.
* In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and sales principles, strategies, and best practices.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, content management systems, and analytics software.
