Are you a Digital Specialist who is always up to date with the latest trends in the fashion, beauty and luxury industry?

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to work in our Strategy & Innovation team, to identify industry trends and improve Digital capabilities across the Group!

The Digital Marketing Executive’s responsibility is to maintain and innovative the Group’s internal platform for knowledge, insights and trends, called EDGE. The person will drive marketing innovation for the Group by researching industry related trends and providing constant news feeds on technological, category and brand etc. updates.

Goal is to support and inspire the Business Units in driving their marketing efforts forward.

At the same time the person is responsible for driving the usage of EDGE among the Business Units via increasing their EDGE trial, usage frequency and reactivation rate. The successful applicant will provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as well as creates and analyzes a yearly feedback survey to identify the right communication strategy for EDGE to drive traffic to the platform.

The Digital Marketing Executive will also be responsible for aiding in driving Business Units’ digital capabilities, whether through internal trainings, speaker sessions and / or reports.

- Regular upload of the website (acts as the brand ambassador of EDGE & Chief Editor)
- Identifies Digital trends to create reports and articles to support and inspire the Group’s marketers, while identifying key topics to be translated into internal speaker sessions on Digital
- Maintains quality service & content by enforcing customer service standards; analyzing and resolving users’ problems; identifying new content to be developed.
- Supports marketers to answer their requests by doing research, brainstorming sessions, data gathering.
- Liaises with other EDGE contributors for consistency, improvements, reporting on performance on site.
- Accomplishes website performance and ensures traffic by communication to users and community management.
- Manages and creates innovative customized communication tools to users and community management.
- Trains users on the purpose of the site, how to navigate on it and how colleagues can maximize their daily activities with the support of EDGE.
- Interacts with users through follow up meetings, discussions, constantly gathering their feedback on improving EDGE and relations with Business Units.
- Accomplishes objectives by reporting on performance & recommending on future actions to improve the platform.
- Liaises with the hosting & producing agency for new developments and technical bugs.
- Manages the website administration (update of users’ database, replying to emails and requests).
- Liaises with the Digital Competence Centre and Havas Digital to ensure that support on digital capabilities is fully in alignment with other Digital stakeholders
- Supports Business Units with Digital expertise
- Support and rollout the Good to Great Digital Strategies training
- Additional tasks within the job scope will be added based on key projects.

Requirements

- Degree or certification in marketing
- At least 2 years in a Digital Marketing role, preferably with a luxury or fashion retailer
- Marketing of global brands in FMCG, Luxury, B to B, Brand development, ideally for multiple networks and multiple markets

Linguistic Skills:
- English: Excellent written and spoken required
- French: preferable but not necessary
- Arabic: preferable but not necessary
