Job description / Role
The client is looking for someone who can efficiently maneuver the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis and campaign execution while keeping tight control of the bottom line
Responsibilities include planning and implementing digital initiatives that support the sales and marketing strategies of our client
The Marketing Manager will support you in overseeing the company's brand image and voice through the development of strategies and content across the digital landscape of owned sites, social media, partner platforms and paid media
- Engage with technology and creative vendor partners to meet expectations on brand compliance, deadlines and budget
- Meet objectives in customer acquisition, growth and retention, and reactivation by planning and executing digital marketing initiatives based on the sales and marketing strategy- Work with executive leadership to identify trends and insights, and share thought leadership
- Work on new tests and strategies to optimize spend and performance of paid digital campaigns
- Discover ways to enhance the company's website through creative landing pages, blog posts and SEO
- Put together reports that track the performance of digital marketing campaigns
- Support updates of the online customer portal to improve user experience
- Help with other project tasks related to print, direct mail and data management as needed
- Enhance job knowledge by taking advantage of educational opportunities and reading trade publications
- Build and maintain the company's social media presence
- Ensure the company's customers and partners are engaging with content
- Maintain project timeline and status and communicate updates regularly for digital projects
Requirements
Experience improving online customer experiences, implementing marketing technology solutions, and following inbound marketing practices, as well as a customer-first mindset are essential for this job

The ideal candidate must have expertise in email and web content and production, digital marketing best practices and trends, analytics reporting, design, and usability
They must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and to pivot when necessary
The successful candidate should also be collaborative, forward-thinking, and experienced in making data-driven decisions
Minimum 2–3 years email marketing, marketing automation, and content management experience
