Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Assist in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and PPC.
• Collaborate with marketing team to create engaging content for digital platforms.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using a variety of digital analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Provide actionable insights based on data to improve future marketing strategies and tactics.
• Implement and manage SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and ranking.
• Manage lead generation campaigns in-house on all social media platform.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with the audience and promote properties.
• Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Segment audiences and personalize emails to increase effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and real estate market dynamics.
• Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark and improve our marketing strategies.
• Work closely with other departments, like sales and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as required.
• Help manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
