YOOX NET A PORTER GROUP is seeking an exceptionally motivated and talented individual to fill the role of Digital Marketing Manager in our newly established joint venture between YNAP and Mohamed Alabbar's Symphony Investments*. The new company will manage Net-a-Porter, Mr Porter, Yoox and The Outnet in the region, as well as online stores for fashion brands — an opportunity with significant potential in the Middle East. The joint venture will be headquartered in Dubai, and will serve the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, with a view to expand to other countries in the Middle East and North Africa in the future. The Middle East is one of the fastest growing global centres for luxury retail and the joint venture has the ambitious goal to become the major platform for this market.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible to drive the growth of YOOX and THE OUTNET in the region, partnering with our global teams to oversee all customer touch points from a marketing perspective. This helps guide the strategy and implementation of our digital performance marketing, which includes SEM, Retargeting, Shopping Channels, and Affiliates.

The main focus of this role will be to optimise the allocated budget between all performance channels to ensure a balance between branding and ROI activities are at the heart of all we do in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to drive growth and market share in the GCC market
• Devise creative ways of promoting YOOX and THE OUTNET through co-marketing, branding partnerships, guerrilla and viral marketing
• Define budget across all performance channels (Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliates) and forecast the business’s contribution of each
• Define relevant search KPIs to ensure that the overall contribution to revenue and business growth through search is the maximum
• Manage PPC and digital activity across our off season brands, including strategy, planning, tracking, reporting, analysis and optimisation to ensure delivery against specific KPI’s
• Become a strong partner to the Off-Season Group Performance team based in Italy to help them reach agreed KPI’s aligned to off season’s business strategy
• Partner with all group functions to ensure Search is integrated within the company’s life cycle
• Working alongside the Global Brand Marketing Managers to act as a custodian and guardian of the brand messaging on all performance channels
• Ensure channel synergies are implemented and each paid channel is properly optimised
• Proactively monitoring the latest trends and making suggestions where necessary

Requirements

• 5+ year experience in Marketing, preferably in the fashion, multi-brand or e-commerce sector
• Proven experience of leading successful performance marketing teams and strategies ideally within the luxury ecommerce/retail industry with experience of managing large scale paid search accounts
• Excellent knowledge of search engines paid advertising products, features, settings and optimisation possibilities
• A proven track record of successfully growing a business
• The ability to work independently in a complex, multicultural and changing environment
• The ability to combine big picture thinking with detail orientation
• Hands on, numbers and results driven
• Passionate about performance marketing and the digital world
