Position Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family insurance

Job Description:
• Responsible in driving direction from both strategic and content perspectives, to help expand and improve the use of social for both content distribution and marketing
• Develop, implement, and manage company's digital marketing strategy and ensure efficient use of associated budget across campaigns and channels
• Manage and develop the monthly content calendar calendars across each platform in collaboration with the Creative Marketing Team and Influencer Marketing Team & Business Team
• Develop an integrated Paid Social Media strategy with the objective of increasing brand awareness, engagement and conversion across all channels
• Develop monthly content calendars to working with design, video, other content teams as well as performance marketing teams, to deliver strategic social media calendars and projects like events, live streaming, live interviews and more

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• 40 years old and below
• Minimum 10 years in marketing/social and digital communications or related field; 5 years’ experience in the UAE
• In-depth experience in handling social media accounts for world class events, government clients, big corporations, etc.
• Experience in managing a team and with direct reports preferred not a stand-alone or without direct reports
• Marketing agency background and catering to government clients and big corporations are required
• Strong experience with Google Analytics /insights tools/ monitoring tools is a must
• Sound knowledge of social media scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and others
