Job description / Role
Objectives:
• Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies in the social media to promote a product or service. The primary goal is to drive online traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads or sales through various digital channels.
Main responsibilities:
• Stay updated with industry trends
• Analyze and optimize marketing efforts
• Increase lead generation and conversion rates
• Increase online visibility
• Handel all the media of the company by creation & posting the new advertisements if need it
• Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
• Research advertising trends
• Research competitors’ pricing and products
• Decide on appropriate placement of ads
• Determine what content will reach customers
• Develop projects to create content
• Publish digital marketing content online
• Implement email marketing campaigns
• Measure digital traffic
• Monitor social media and Google Analytics
• Reporting to: General Manager
• Subordinates: Marketing team
• Number required: 1
• Duration: Permanent
• Desired start date: Immediate Joining
• Probation: 6 months
Requirements
• University Qualifications: BSc in Marketing
• Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years’ experience in social media
• Specialist knowledge: Java Programming, Marketing expert, and Social media specialist
• Current Location: UAE
