What you will be doing

Our Digital Payments Coordinator facilitates the back-end support to the Digital Payments team. You will be responsible for ensuring all administrative and documentational activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner and are in accordance with policies, procedures, compliance, and regulatory standards.

- Support Digital Payments Team with data extractions and reporting
- Assist in maintenance of databases related to specific projects or tasks
- Prepare and document SOPs for various payment flows and processes.
- Create document repository for all contracts with indexing and quick links
- Manage the tracking of support issues based on ticket system
- Assist in relevant projects as and when needed
- Acquire knowledge of various business entities within the group and their working procedures, programs, products and services to ensure optimum service efficiency can be achieved

Requirements

What you'll need to succeed

- 1+ year of work experience
- Basis understanding of Digital Payments
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive team player
- Interested in developing a career in Digital payments/Treasury/Finance
- English essential, Arabic desirable
