Digital Performance Marketing Specialist

Job description / Role

We are looking for a result driven Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive measurable results and optimize our online presence. This role involves managing various online marketing channels, analyzing campaign performance, and making data-driven decisions to achieve marketing goals.

• Developing and implementing digital advertising and social media strategy both on a campaign and account level paying close attention to client needs and industry standards.
• Conceptualizing, managing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns and estimated budgets to maintain maximum ROI.
• Single handedly managing digital advertisement accounts of high net worth.
• Actively contributing to front and back-end content development and optimization operations with a focus on strategic growth, brand development and increasing audience engagement.
• Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search, user experience and engagement across all paid and organic channels of content
• Managing high volume of campaigns across various platforms with in-depth knowledge in Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Discovery, YouTube), Snapchat Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Data tracking and Analysis using Google Analytics, Digital Ads Optimization and Daily Reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related filed.
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM and paid advertising best practice.
• Strong communication and teamwork skill.
