On behalf of our partners, i-Talent is on the hunt for a driven and ambitious Digital Practice Director.
Overview:
This is an exciting and challenging role for candidates with a passion for developing and delivering digital strategy across e-commerce, performance marketing, social media, mobile, analytics,and content.
The successful candidate will lead a portfolio of brands towards an integrated approach in digital strategy across the business.
This role will be fully responsible for the regions media activity, performance, and ensure budgets are aligned with the media plans.
Critical elements of the role include day-to-day brand management, strategic planning, and working with the team on project implementation, new business development and delivering results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time experience in digital, e-commerce, content, social, mobile, marketing, media or data/research
- Proven track-record in the digital industry, with a high level of practical and strategic understanding of key tools and platforms
- Strong business leadership and strategic consulting skills
- A proven ability to build and manage teams, handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record in business development and business growth
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment on challenging projects
- A passion for digital, personal development and a creative thinker
- Technical skills e.g. web build and training experience is preferable, but not essential
- Arabic language abilities preferable, but not essential
- Global experience preferable
