Digital Renewals Manager - MENAT

Role Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for owning and executing a portfolio of BHGE Digital renewal contracts through all phases of the renewal process in an assigned region. Renewal Managers will partner with internal teams, to develop a renewal strategy for each assigned account. They will work directly with the customer on some renewals, and in partnership with Sales & Customer Success on other renewals.

Essential Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for maximizing renewal rate, annual contract value, driving customers to standard BHGE Terms, identifying cross sell and upsell opportunities, and providing customer feedback to improve BHGE products or services. A successful candidate will have the ability to work in a matrix environment and be incredibly strategic with the cross functional roles that touch the customer to secure every renewal.

Renewal managers are responsible for ensuring BHGE customers are set up for success with our digital products and services, while maximizing Annual Recurring Revenue for BHGE.

• Manage a portfolio of accounts with contract(s) for renewal, ensuring customer retention, adoption, and growing each accounts Annual Recurring Revenue
• Sell multiyear subscription renewals, maintenance & support contracts, and acceleration plans
• Verify contracts, review terms and conditions, work to set pricing, prepare proposals, Chase down customer PO’s, and place PO’s on our vendors
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop specific account strategies for each assigned renewal• Understand customer requirements, how customers derive value/outcomes, uncover roadblocks in the renewal process to drive an on-time closure of each renewal
• Maintain and provide a rolling 180-day renewal forecast for your account base
• Understand complex software contracts, pricing, terms and conditions, risks, and negotiate complex software contracts at an executive level
• Develop and execute renewal strategies for small, medium and large account contract renewals that maximize contract value while maintaining the trust and confidence of BHGE Digital from the customer.
• Helps manager and peers to create strategies to identify and understand in depth client needs beyond a cursory level (both known and latent); assists with collection and analysis of customer data.
• Analyzes and calculates with the customer/ economic decision maker BHGE's ability to provide economic value to the customer's process and financial story. Identifies customer requirements, identifies value realization per account, uncovers roadblocks, and demonstrates strong account management and commercial capabilities to drive renewals to on-time closure.
• Achieves financial and strategic targets for minimizing attrition, positioning favorable terms and boosting incremental revenue via up-sells, cross-sells and add-ons

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Software, Finance, or STEM Major (science, technology, engineering, math) from an accredited university or college
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in renewals, sales, customer success, account management, retention or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years’ software services
