Job description / Role
Our client a leading transformation strategy consulting firm is looking for a manager and a director to join them full time.
The right candidate would need to have:
• 10 years industry experience – Director should have previous consulting experience and Manager should ideally come from a consulting company. If (s)he doesn’t, they have to have 10+ years of experience.
• The consultant has both implementation and strategy background
• The consultant would have to be able to present to client, proficient use of excel – have the capability to present in front of clients (proficient in PPT, excel, and word); lead a project with 10+ team members; have the structured thinking etc.
Requirements
• Bachelor or Masters – Masters is a must; it’s Masters OR MBA
• Arabic nice to have
• Financial services background, from a top bank/top consultancy (Bain, BCG, McKinsey)
• Manager - 6/7 years’ consulting experience
• Director – 10 years’ consulting experience
