Job description / Role

Working closely to develop a partner network of start ups and digital objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop innovation strategy in line with business strategy and objectives.
- Create, execute and manage an integrated innovation plan to position as an innovative player, support the creation of new digital revenue streams by creating complementary solutions leveraging digital assets, enriching digital services portfolio and/or solving business customers problems, and ignite an innovation corporate culture.
- Lead and drive internal innovation initiatives including scale ups program and demo center, in addition to any other future programs.
- Lead and drive innovation initiatives with third parties including Future Accelerators, incubators and any other future initiatives.
- Plan and lead joint innovation initiatives with key enterprise customers.
- Ensure alignment and synchronization between all internal innovation initiatives across and external initiatives with partners and customers. Also, ensure proper alignment/ integration with business objectives and priorities, and alignment with other internal stakeholders
- Manage the team in charge of the day to day operations and management of all innovation initiatives.
- Build innovation ecosystem and manage all resources, capabilities, interfaces, dependencies and partnerships associated with the ecosystem.
- Monitor and report to management on regular basis on the performance of all innovation initiatives.
- Develop and manage the marketing plan to build awareness and promote innovation programs, including branding and positioning activities, events, social media, PR activities, internal communications
