Employment: Full Time

The Director of Marketing and Admissions is ultimately responsible for delivering enrollment targets. They do this by closely managing partner relationships, and driving their teams in relation to marketing outcomes (from lead generation through to campaign development and brand management etc.)

Description

Analysis - interpreting data, drawing insights - this is a critical part of your week in terms of checking in with systems, team progress to targets and understanding the dashboard reporting.

Strategy - using the data to track operational marketing objectives align to strategic goals, considering the pipeline of work 9+ months ahead, and engaging with the university partners about new opportunities and challenges.

Leadership - active participation in staff and senior leadership team meetings at the college, contributing a technical and leadership perspective. Advising insights, recommending and providing solutions to the college leader on marketing strategy and operational updates. Leading and developing your direct reports.

Administration & meetings - includes planning of campaigns, connecting with agents regularly in person or via teleconference, reviewing collateral and engaging with broad stakeholder groups via various communication channels.

Requirements

To apply for the role, applicants must have the following skills and experience:

* Over 8 years specializing in Marketing of which at least 3 years at Director level focused on marketing and admissions for the education sector
* Have a passion for education
* Must already be based within the Middle East and currently or recently working within a similar role
* Strong leadership skills
* Problem solver and ability to think out of the box
* Motivated by inclusion and connecting people
