Job description / Role
Objectives: The job is aimed at senior managers in shipping/logistic firms who want to play a vital role in running a business. As a startup we are looking for experienced professionals in the industry to be involved with the day to day running of the business in addition to creating businesses opportunities
Main responsibilities:
- Handling the operational needs of the business
- Creating new client relationships
- Helping further develop the business plan
Reporting to: Owner
Subordinates: All other staff
Other interactions: Clients
Duration: Permanent
Probation: 4 months
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday 9-6 PM
Travel requirements: Some travel within the country
Firm profit sharing available
Requirements
- University Qualifications: Bachelors degree needed
- Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 7 years of related industry experience
- Specialist knowledge: Logistics, Shipping, Warehousing
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Team player, Sociable, Client orientated approach to work
- Language Fluency: English
- Current Location: Dubai
