Director of Sales

Job description / Role

Key tasks
- Direct and manage all activities related to the Sales & Marketing department.
- Create and Execute Strategic Plans for a successful hotel and positioning.
- Responsible for all colleagues' achievements of individual goals.
- Direct all Sales and Marketing initiatives for the hotel and provide guidance and direction in the development of segment action plans.
- Responsible for deployment of account management of key market segments
- Ensure the achievement of sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis are met.
- Manage any Sales Incentive Programs Ensure the integrity of key accounts, the key prospect data base and monitoring of the sales software programs for accuracy and thoroughness prepare an annual budget and administer that budget in a fiscally responsible manner.
