Director of Security

Guardian and Protector. You ensure the safety and wellbeing of your fellow employees, guests and visitors. You are responsible to lead the functions of security and safety; as well as the complete risk matters which include building security and fire life and safety.You are attentive, efficient and committed, and will ensure your property remains a safe, enjoyable workplace and travel destination.

What you will be doing:

- Oversee and provide directions for major security related matters across the property.
- Ensure the overall safety and security of the guests, employees and property premises
- Participate and provide leadership on various committees, to ensure property is adhere with local security laws , regulations & contract requirements.
- Direct subordinates in enforcing compliance; and maintains relationships with regulatory agencies and other issuers of security requirements
- Conduct & regularly review risk assessment for all areas in the Hotel, implement site-specific control measures to minimize hazards
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner and ensure company guidelines are followed

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Should have at least 2 -3 years of experience as a Security Manager for a reputed Hotel/Resort in UAE
- Should have mandatory license for Security Manager by authorized UAE Local Authorities
- Hospitality Background is mandatory
- Arabic speaking applicants would be advantegous but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
