Employment: Full Time

NTS are working with a leading global hospitality company, who due to increased growth, are now seeking a Director-Revenue Management, to be based at their offices in Dubai. The role will be focused on driving total revenue targets for multiple ancillary revenues and applying revenue management principles for the company in order to achieve budgeted objectives by monitoring demand trends, booking patterns, pace, market conditions and market trends.

In terms of financial responsibility, the role will be involved in assisting in driving the MBO / KPI of the department by monitoring performance and guiding the teams, developing overall room pricing strategies for all market segments and distribution channels, preparing budgets, reviewing segment performance, preparing post mortem reports, evaluating market share reports, analyzing sales & pricing strategies, rolling out forecasts, managing inventory to maximize revenue, analyzing competitors, supporting the development and execution of revenue generating strategies, assisting on drafting pricing structures, creating up selling plans and receiving/reviewing monthly financial reports.

Operationally, the position will be focused on ensuring that all performance reviews are completed, all strategies between different segments are successfully led, presiding weekly strategy meetings, setting up goals and targets, in line with the companies vision & mission and leading system development & integrations. You will also be involved in maintaining & updating the cost of booking report on a monthly basis and work in partnership with other departments, such as Finance to ensure all costs are accounted for.

Requirements

To be successful, it is essential that you have approximately 3 - 4 years experience as a Revenue Manager and 2 years experience as a Director of Revenue Management, in a 5 star, luxury hospitality environment (essential). You will possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills and be degree educated. Previous experience of Revenue management systems is essential as is an understanding of online distribution channels. Experience in the Middle East market is required, as well as the ability to lead, develop and deliver results.
