Director, Strategy and Commercial Advisory - Sports Consulting

As a Director within the Strategy & Commercial Advisory business unit, you will leverage your experience in sports consulting to lead on day-to-day project delivery whilst also supporting the leadership team to identify new business opportunities to meet the organisation's growth aspirations

Description

* Lead on complex project engagements and take full ownership of operational delivery, drawing on the expertise of the multi-disciplinary team at your disposal
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring successful project delivery on time and in budget
* Establish the client as a market leader by securing new business opportunities, leveraging your network and effectively communicating the company's value proposition
* Lead business development activities to identify new opportunities as well as maintain existing relationships through excellence of delivery
* Build strong relationships with colleagues, actively contribute to the management team and take the lead on strategic initiative

Requirements

* Degree-qualified in a relevant field
* Substantial experience at a senior leadership level in a consultancy environment, specifically on sport engagements within the Middle East
* Established network of contacts within the sports/venues/events sector
* Proven track record of securing new business and developing strong client relationships
* Commercial awareness and experience with sound business decision-making and contract negotiation
* Proficient in MS Office and iOS applications
