Job description / Role
POSITION PURPOSE:
Controlling day to day Documentation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND BASIC DUTIES:
1. Responsible to the Department Heads
2. Responsible for performing their duties in the manner which they have been trained and instructed.
3. Responsible for complying at all times with the approved Company procedures and work instructions
4. Responsible for reporting all errors/non conformance to the immediate to the immediate supervisor
5. Maintenance of Archives and retrieval of documents
6. Maintenance and issue of stationary
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
At least 5 years relevant experience
Adept in using MS Office (2007), Adobe Acrobat, Aconex and other electronic management systems
Good written and Oral Communication skills in English
Preferably, with 2 Years Document Control experience in Construction Company
