Job description / Role
You will report directly to the Project Director. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: maintaining document logs, preparing and processing payment certificates, preparing and issuing correspondences, tracking shop drawing submittals, filing and tracking of incoming and outgoing documents. You will also have to prepare and issue project tender documents. You will be the point of contact on site for contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in document control; familiarity with Aconex could be an advantage.
Requirements
You are proficient in MS Office applications. You can speak English fluently, Arabic would be an advantage. You are well-organised and pay attention to details. You are able to handle multiple tasks, flexible and able to work under pressure and deliver work in a timely manner.
