Position Title: Document Controller
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Real Estate Development organization based in Dubai.
Job Description:
• Coordinates all Document Control procedure & activities, including technical documents, drawings, commercial correspondences with the client, project management consultants, and contractor & subcontractors
• Inputs document data into the project-based control registers, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate
• Generates various document control reports to monitor, track and report progress of submitted / reviewed documents
• Arranges for project meetings and availability of meeting rooms as required
• Administers and organizes project construction documents and other development plans to ensure ease of traceability and availability at all times
• Receives, issues, logs, and updates all project related documentation (Tender Documents, Statutory Docs, Drawings, Specs., Data Sheets, etc.)
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino nationals
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or any related field
• At least 8 years of experience in the same role
• Knowledgeable on proposals review / evaluation
• Hands-on experience in Contracts/Agreements preparation/proof-reading
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
